S'more Pie

-4 bars (1.55 ounces each) milk chocolate, divided
-1 (6 ounces) prepared graham cracker pie crust (can be made with 2 cups graham crumbs and 6 tablespoons melted butter. Press in pie dish.)
-1 pint (2 cups) gourmet-style heavy whipping cream
-1 container (7 ounces) marshmallow cream

1) Break 1 chocolate bar into pieces at markings to use later for garnist. With large holes of box grater, peel chocolate and set aside.
2) Breaking remaing 2 chocolate bars into small pieces into small microwave-safe cup; heat in microwave oven on high 45 seconds of until melted. Spread melted chocolate with spatula to evenly cover bottom and sides of crust.
3) In large mixing bowl, beat cream on medium speed until still peaks form. Fold marshmallow into cream just until combined. Add grate chocolate and fold into marshmallow mixture just until combined. Spoon into pie crust, sprinkle with reserved chocolate pieces. Cover pie and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 1 day before serving.

Prep: 15 minutes plus chilling.
Serves 8

  1. Nice recipe. S'mores are probably one of the best combinations of snack food ever put together; this recipe takes it just a step further and puts it into pie form...I can appreciate that boldness. I will definitely need to try this recipe the next time I feel like s'mores.
