1892 Victoria's Keep features a large parlor for guests to relax and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the B&B. The spacious parlor is equipped with a television, VCR, movie selections, books, magazines and games for your enjoyment. For outdoor relaxation the wrap around front porch is the perfect place. Enjoy visiting with other guests or just reading a book. In the dining room there is a bottomless cookie jar, snacks, tea-cart with assorted teas, coffee and homemade hot cocoa. A guest refrigerator is stocked with sodas. Featured Inn of the Week - The Inn at Cascade

The Inn at Cascade "A Southwestern Retreat in the Colorado Rockies" is a southwestern style bed and breakfast inn located in the scenic mountain community of Cascade, Colorado just west of Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. You'll awake each morning to a memorable full gourmet breakfast featuring southwestern signature specialties such as Chile Relleno Pie with Chipotle Roasted Potatoes or Blue Corn Banana Pancakes drizzled with Prickly Pear Syrup and served with a side of Maple Spiced Sweet Potatoes. Traditional signature recipes include guest favorites such as Potato and Herb Egg Bake served with a Squash medley or Stuffed French Toast topped with Caramelized Apples and Caramel Sauce. We have created over 50 original recipes for our guests to enjoy. In season, we feature Colorado's finest produce, from peaches grown on Colorado's Western Slope to the sweetest cantaloupe grown in Rocky Ford. The end of August marks an annual trip for several bushels of freshly roasted green chiles, grown by local farmers east of Pueblo and are a featured ingredient in some of the inn’s signature southwestern dishes.

Featured Inn of the Week - The Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast

Located in the historic district of downtown Manitou Springs CO, the Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast, is a Victorian boarding house built in 1886. Perched on the hill, nestled off the street with an expansive front lawn and garden, the Avenue Hotel B&B is uniquely located on Manitou Avenue in the heart of the city, local shops restaurants and galleries are all within a short walk.

The Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast is an excellent location for a family reunion, group gatherings, a birthday party, romantic retreat, anniversary or just a weekend getaway.

Recently renovated, the Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast offers 7 spacious guest rooms, all with private baths. Soak your cares away in one of the antique claw foot tubs/showers. The three story turned staircase in the middle of the house escorts you to the rooms, each with unique updated décor and family heirlooms that add charm and distinction to the Inn. Rooms have King and Queen beds, sitting areas and a variety of views.

Two large parlors invite you to relax in front of the fireplace or enjoy the bay window and mountain views. Wake hungry and enjoy a scrumptious full breakfast prepared each morning with enough to carry you through the day.


Part of the historic property is a 2 unit Carriage House with fully equipped kitchens, offering additional space and privacy for family vacations or extended stays. Both are one bedroom with Queen Beds. The Upper Carriage House opens to a living room with black iron gas stove fireplace, it has a bath with claw foot tub/shower and the kitchen dining area has mountain views. The garden level Carriage House sleeps 4 a trundle bed is neatly arranged in the living room which provides extra seating as well as comfortable sleeping.
